About Me

Hi! My name is Jacquie (middle name OCD)…

I am a native South Floridian, currently living between Miami and New York with my husband Zack and puppy Bane. For me, organizing is like solving a life-sized puzzle. To most people. it seems overwhelming and daunting, but for some reason.. I find organizing exciting and helpful with appeasing anxiety! There is nothing more satisyfying to me than a clean, color -coordinated, organized closet.

I have always had a knack for organization, stemming from my mother Julie Talenfeld, renown Prqueen and founder of BoardroomPR. When I was little, my brother and I would beg for Swiffer Wetjets and Black & Decker dust busters for Hanukkah instead of Barbie dolls and Power Ranger’s. Our lists were lengthy, but usually comprised of solely cleaning supplies (to my mom’s surprise). In middle and high-school I volunteered to help my friends pack-up for college or move out of their parents houses, simply because I enjoyed it.

Ten years later.. not much has changed. In August, 2017 I moved to NYC for grad school and into my first flex-apartment (a studio split into 3 rooms with “flex” walls). My biggest challenge was obviously the closet space or lack thereof! Coming from South Florida where most people had a standard walk-in, I was both nervous and excited about this new chapter. I managed to maximize the space efficiently with space-saving hangers, shelves and stackable bins!. Fast forward 3 years, covid hit in mid-March 0f 2020… we decided to pack our carry-on suitcases and fly to Miami and this takes us to today!

Prior to the pandemic, I worked as a a freelance-based social media strategist specializing in client brand management, with an emphasis on content creation. My original background is in public relations; I graduated from The University of Miami with a degree in PR and afterwards moved to NYC where I obtained my Master’s in Marketing from NYU.

When I’m not outside capturing content for social platforms, or inside organizing and home styling; I am cooking, practicing yoga / pilates, playing with my pup and coming up with clever copy and content for clients.
